Kudoboard is an online group card. You start a board for someone, share its link, and people post a message with a photo, a GIF or a video. You send the person the board on their day.
A board is priced by how many posts it holds. The Lite board takes 20 posts for $6.99. The Premium board takes 100 posts for $9.99 and adds video uploads and a picture download. The Milestone board has no post limit, costs $19.99 and plays as a slideshow. A demo board is free, holds five posts and can't be delivered through Kudoboard.
Kudoboard sells to companies too, with plans from $299 a year that add a logo, admin controls and unlimited boards.
You can print a board as a book or a poster. The book is a 7 by 7 inch hardcover from $32.99, plus $0.42 a page over 20 pages. Kudoboard says books ship to Ireland and arrive in 7 to 11 business days. A video prints as a still frame, or as a QR code in the book.
Chorus gathers messages from a group into one book for one person. You start the book and send one link to everyone, in WhatsApp, a text or an email. Each person opens it on their phone, says who they are and how they know the person, then records a voice note, films a video or types a message. They can add a photo of the two of them.
Nobody needs an app or an account. Chorus writes out every voice note, so the book can be heard and read.
Collecting is free, with no limit on how many people take part. You can download every recording as a file without paying. Once the messages are in, there are three ways to keep them:
People on a Kudoboard type a line or two and pick a GIF. On Chorus they can talk for a minute about a day they remember, and the person hears it in their voice. Plenty of people say more out loud than they would write on a card.
Pick Chorus for a grandparent's birthday, a retirement or a friend moving abroad, where people will want to hear those voices again.
Thirty posts on Kudoboard needs the Premium board at $9.99. A printed book of the board starts at $32.99 before shipping.
Collecting 30 messages on Chorus costs nothing. You pay only if you order the voices, the finished book online or a printed hardcover. The prices are on the home page.
Use Kudoboard for a quick card at work, when everyone will write a line and the board is the gift.
Use Chorus when you want to keep people's voices and give the person a book of them. It works well for a group spread across a few countries, since everyone records from their own phone.
Gathering a group's messages step by step is on collect messages from a group, and a leaving card or birthday card from a group is on group card with voices.

Yes. Both collect messages from a group through one link. Kudoboard puts them on an online board of written posts, photos, GIFs and videos. Chorus lets each person send a voice note, a video or a written message, writes every voice note out, and makes it into a book you can hear, read and hold.
Kudoboard has a free demo board, capped at five posts, and it can't be sent to the person through Kudoboard. Its paid boards are $6.99 for up to 20 posts, $9.99 for up to 100 and $19.99 for unlimited posts, all in US dollars. Checked 20 October 2026.
Gathering is free, with no limit on how many people take part, and you can download every recording without paying. You pay only if you want the voices tidied, the finished book online or a printed copy.
Kudoboard's help page says audio can't be added directly to a board, and suggests uploading a video instead. That article is dated November 2020. On Chorus each person can answer with a voice note, a video or a written message.
Both. A Kudoboard book starts at $32.99 plus $0.42 a page over 20 pages, in a 7 by 7 inch hardcover. The Chorus keepsake is one printed hardcover copy of the book, posted to you, with every message written out and the photos people added.
Kudoboard is built for workplaces and sells company plans with a logo, admin controls and unlimited boards. Chorus suits a leaving card where you want to keep people's voices, or a printed book for the person to take home.
Chorus contributors open one link and need no app and no account. Kudoboard contributors post from the board's link too.
