Chorus is made to be kept. Here is exactly how refunds and returns work, in plain terms and with no small print.
Order any Chorus in the next 10 days, before Friday 14 August 2026, and you are covered by a full money-back guarantee. If you are not absolutely delighted with your keepsake, tell us and we will refund every cent.
This holds even after your book has been printed and posted, which goes beyond our usual policy below. One promise, no conditions to trip over: you have to love it, or you do not pay for it.
To claim, email hello@spremtlabs.com within 30 days of receiving your keepsake and we will refund you in full.
One rule runs through all of it: nothing is final until your keepsake is actually made. And if anything is ever wrong, we will always aim to fix it or remake it first, before anyone talks about a refund.
The Voices is your recordings and their written versions, kept for you online. If the finished keepsake is not what you hoped, tell us within 30 days of buying. We will always try to put it right first, and if we cannot, we refund you.
These are printed to order. Cancel any time before your book goes to print and you get a full refund, at no cost to you. Once it has been printed and posted it is made just for you, with a name on the cover, so it cannot be resold and is final from that point, other than the guarantee above or a book that arrived damaged or wrong.
If your book turns up damaged, or we printed the wrong thing, that is on us. Send a photo within 14 days of it arriving and we will reprint it or refund it, whichever you would rather. You pay nothing to put it right.
Email hello@spremtlabs.com with the name on the order and what you would like us to do. A real person reads every one. There is no form to fill in and no queue to sit through.
Once we agree a refund, it goes back to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 working days, depending on how quickly they process it.
