These are the terms for using Chorus at choruskeepsake.com and in the Chorus app. Chorus is made by Spremt Labs Limited, company number 789854, 3 Nuns Orchard, Kinvara, Galway H91 X8F5, Ireland. Write to hello@spremtlabs.com about anything on this page.
The person who starts a book is the organiser, and the book is kept in the account on their email address. You can start it on the website, in the app, or by asking an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to set it up for you. You get one link to send to the people taking part. Anyone with the link can leave a message, so send it to the people you want in the book.
You can connect Chorus to an assistant and let it run the book for you. It can do what the connect page lists, such as sending the invitations, reminding people and reading you the messages. The invitations and reminders go out in your name, so only add people who would want to hear from you about this book. An assistant never pays for anything. It gives you the payment page and you pay there yourself. To stop it, disconnect Chorus in the assistant's settings, or email us and we'll cut it off.
Somebody who opens a Chorus link needs no account and doesn't have to pay anything. When you leave a message, you agree that it goes into the book for the person it is for. The organiser can keep it, edit it, share it with that person and have it printed in the book. Your recording stays yours. You let us store it, write it out as words and lay it out in the book so we can make what the organiser asked for. If you want your message taken out, email us and we'll remove it.
Only leave messages, photos and words that are yours to share. Please don't use Chorus for anything unlawful, to harass anybody, or in a way that breaks somebody else's rights. If a message does any of that, we can take it down, and we can close a book that's being used that way.
It doesn't cost anything to collect the messages. The organiser pays for the version of the book they want, and the prices are on the website and on the payment page. Stripe takes the payment, and your card details never reach us. With chip-in on, each person taking part can save a card and put money towards the book. Stripe charges those cards when the organiser goes to pay. If the organiser doesn't finish paying, we refund those charges a week later. A printed book is made to order by our printer and posted to the address you give.
The returns page says what happens if something is wrong, how to ask for a refund and how long it takes. A printed book can be cancelled for a full refund until it goes to print.
The organiser can download every recording free at any time. They can remove any recording, or delete the account and everything in it, from Account in the app. A book stays as long as the organiser's account does. The privacy page says what we keep and who else handles it.
We fix what we get wrong. For an order, the most we're responsible for is what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, or limits anything the law doesn't let us limit.
When these terms change, the new version goes on this page with its date. An order follows the terms on the day it was placed.
Irish law covers these terms. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
These terms apply from 31 October 2026.
